Hi i was wondering if anyone can tell me what there cholesterol levels have been fasting and non fasting .mine was 5.4 but that was non fasting kind regards molly

Mine was 5.1 fasting which i was a little worried about as they like to be below 5 but the dr said that my 'bad cholesterol' was low and 'good cholesterol was at the right level. I read in the newspaper that the average English persons cholesterol was 5. Im only 29 but had my levels checked due to an hereditory illness and i have health anxiety about my heart and was convinced i had the illness!
