Citalpram

I am new to this site.My boyfriend is taking citalpram.He has been on them for a month and a half.He has had the shakes, tremors, memory loss, dizziness, dry mouth, hot and cold sweats and the tendency to have really bad mood swings.He went to his GP explaining all this and was advised by his GP to take them for another month as they were the right medication suited for his condition.He has been unbearable to be around as I don't know what mood he will be in.His behaviour is very erratic.
