headaches?

Does anyone get a headache on one side? I have convinced myself that i have lung cancer due to nausea,back pain,loose bowels,sweats,loss of appetite and i have recently started getting a headache on my left side. I stupidly googled and headaches are associated with lung cancer to.

I get headaches on one side a lot, I also get pressure and numbness in my head and face on one side. Just stress and tension related usually, I'm sure that if it was lung cancer they would have picked it up by now, especially if it was at the stage that you feel symptoms like headaches, pain and sweats :)
