Hi, and welcome aboard.

Why have you gained weight?

Is it mainly because of comfort eating and reduced exercise? Try and get some walking done on a daily basis at least.

Cheers,

Hi and welcome, im sure you will get lots of useful advice on here. Dont worry too much about the weight gain at the moment. Over the last 2 years I have gained 4 stone (I had lost 3 and a half before this tho) but just concentrate on feeling better then address the weight.
Sounds like you have had a tough time, I know what its like to loose a father. take care.xxxxxx
