I've found a couple of good sites for people interested in the CBT approach to dealing with anxiety (and depression too). They're by Chris Williams, a Glasgow psychiatrist;

Dr Williams has also written a couple of good workbooks for dealing with anxiety and depression, using the methods he talks about on his sites.
