I have a small discoloured patch of skin on my leg, over the top of my shin bone. When I say small, I mean about 3mm by 3mm. It's reddish in colour and kind of looks like a scar, but not quite. It feels a bit lumpy inder the skin there, which again fits with scar, but I'm scared. Could it be skin cancer? I have been sun burned in the past, although never severely.
