hi. I'm 28 and 4 months pregnant. I have suffered from panic and anxiety attacks for as long as I can remember. I recently started having breathlessness episodes? And chest spasms? Like a kick from the heart. I also recently stopped smoking, so I don't know. Anyone ever encountered this?

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Hi Shana,

I can relate to your symptoms. I am sorry that this is happening to you, but know that you have many people that care and can be of some friendly help. Just hang in there!

I too am pregnant and suffering from anxiety, travel phobia/and just overall depression. It's not easy going through this pregnant I know. It makes for incredible guilty feelings on our part because we want no harm to come to our baby but yet how do we stop it?

I hope some peace of mind can come to you. Please let me know how you are doing.

Thanks,
Tina

hi shauna

yes have had this, have been pregnant 4 times with 5 kids the result and have had your symptoms, try to enjoy your pregnancy, easier saaid than done when a wee life is inside you and all the fears that brings but it really is a special time and doesnt last long. [ even though you may feel like it is forever at the moment ]

your baby is safe inside its loving mum and trust your heart to bring you through.
