hi there,
obviously if you are really concerned, you could go to your gp to get it checked out and for a bit of reassurance. but it sounds to me like a case of anxiety rearing its ugly head again. there are lots of threads relating to what you describe, so have a look around the forum.
i often get headaches where it feels like my skull is being compressed from all sides. also a weird pins and needles sensation in my head/face/neck. of course, i freak out every time it happens, and every time it's just anxiety.
it sounds dumb, but maybe a nice warm bath, breathing exercises will help relax the tension.
i hope you feel better soon,
henri

Hi Jo

For the last few months i have suffered oral thrush due to using inhalers, even though i use a spacer it keeps coming back. I was getting really worked up about it and asked my GP if it could do me any harm, and he said "no" so that put my mind at rest.

As for your other problems i am sure this is nothing to worry about, but popping to see your GP would put your mind at rest.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Jo!

I would agree, if it's worrying you then you should get it checked out - but I have the same sorts of sensations in my head because of panic, they are terrifying and strange! I have had 3 CT scans, been checked by a neurologist and am assured it is all because of tension and stress. The more I worry about them the worse they get - bit of a merry-go-round (but with no horses, and not so merry :D). I have the clicking thing in my head and neck that you have as well - it's terrible! But just know that it is tension and nothing dangerous.

"This too, shall pass"
