Hello all.
Do any of you know about a good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) web application that i can use to log my thoughts and arguments againts them.
I have been unsuccessful in finding a site that does this and can log my well being over a period of time.
I find it difficult to keep writing this down on paper and find it annoying that i can not compare my feelings with specific events of a longer period of time.
