There's a lot of good advice on offer here from a sincere group of fellow sufferers. This forum has helped me a lot. I too suffer with long term depression, although, it's only anxiety, not depression, that has me in it's fiendish grip at present. I think I prefer it out of the two.

hi gary, thank u very much :) i am lucky i don't have that much anxiety, but i do get so very depressed, or i fly off into manic land... very tiring but it's somewhat better with my medication right now.
