Framing pics on the web!

Hi there

Does anyone know how to or what to do on framing your pictures on the internet? Oh Lord, I know what I mean lol. I've seen some lovely pictures that have been framed, I suppose you have to download some software?

Hope you guys know what I mean:blush::blush:

I have 2 memorial sites on gonetoosoon and some people have framed some of my pictures and I wondered how they did it and I'd like to try.:shrug::shrug::shrug::scared15:

Any ideas? Thanks for taking time to read my blah lol.
