cant breathe

i really feel like im going to stop breathing! my chest isn't particularly tight just feel like my nose is not working properly if that makes sense.
i have had shortness of breath before but do not seem to be able to shake it at the mo.
i was doing really well on sertraline and stupidly decided i felt normal again so stopped taking it. back on it now and have been feeling better until i started taking the mini pill for birth control been feeling more anxious than ever and have this horrible breathing issue.
stopped the mini pill today and hoping these feelings subside soon.
anyone else had similar experince?

I am constantly unable to breathe, due to high levels of tension in my muscles.
Mine doesn't stem from any meds or pills, but I definitely understand.
My breathlessness has been going on for over 2 months.

lucy I have the exact same problem with my nose but I have only had it the past month or so badly so I think it has to do with some sort of allergy. it is like my nose is all dry inside and as if it has kind of swelled or closed up a it inside.

hi guys thanks so much for your replies. got myself busy today and managed to distract myself from the breathing issues a bit.
just want to feel normal again.
