i feel one comin gon im snappy iratable sweaty heavy brething anxiaty sku high and i just bassaclly had enuff of this crap day in day out for 6 years i feel like holdin gmy breath till hte world gos away !!!

I know how u feel hun, I sometimes just wana lay down and never get up again until they cart me away lol

Take one day at a time, sometimes if I am really bad I can only take a few minutes at a time.

If you do feel a panic coming on come in the chat room, the guys in there are great when u are really low
