itchy bumps?

I have been looking at some old posts and a few people have put on about small itchy bumps.I get these on my toes and they are really itchy and if you scratch the top off they have a watery substance in.They take ages to go.Anyone know what these are or if they can be caused by anxiety?

I get them on my fingers and the palms of my hand. I always thought it was a form of eczema called Pompholyx. This is a form only found on the hands and feet.

Just make sure you keep your hands well moisturised and avoid any chemicals when cleaning. If you are worried then see the GP who can give you some cream to help.
