Hello Im gail Im 44 years old. I suffer from bi-Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder and Ocd, I also SH. Have been in hospital voluntary and sectioned a few times. Will add more to this another time,im never very good at doing an introduce yourself post

I too suffer with BiPolar and have SH in the past, you will find many helpful and understanding people here willing to share advice.
