Heart, Back Problems

Anyone know whether or not heart problems can cause back, shoulder pain and aches?

Not really no. You would do well to check your posture and make sure you're not straining them like that though. A good chiropractor is often the answer to odd pains ;)

I have never heard of the heart giving pains in those areas.

Thanks for the replies. I am wondering whether my osture at my desk has caused this, though I have had been atthis desk for a leasta year ut I am wondering whether the anxiety that I had earlier this yearhas tighten the neck and back muscles and shoulders.
