thats great my health anixety has got that bad im makin up infections in my head lol its jus i feel like theres water in my head and sometimes when i eat or move my mouth it feels liek theres something in the side of my neck near my ear as it makes a sound like clicking

Have you been to see a doctor? I get similar sensations in my ears and have been told it is related to sinus problems and fluid building in the middle ear. Nothing serious and I have a nasal spray for this.

Do you have any pain? It would be worth having your doctor check it out for you.

i do in the left side of my head alternating everywhere on my head and my ear and bridge of my nose and my behind the eyes. feels like my head is being push forward sometimes.

Ears and thyroid are not interconnected enough to have a joint infection.

Sounds very muscle tension and sounds a touch TMJ ish
