Hi everyone, I just wanted to post this link - i have just found it on my lunch break at work. Haven't read it all, but have started to and I think it looks quite good. If it makes you feel better for at least 5 minutes then its worth having a look in my opinion

No problem!
i've decided i may read it (or some of it) every day at the mo, just to 'remind' myself. I did do all this in CBT but its amazing how easy it is to forget when you're not having the sessions anymore!
