I went on a plane!!

I went to turkey for 11 nights and flying out i was soo panicky and cried before going on the plane but i was soo determined i would do this but i did have to take diazepam in the end but coming home on the plane i didn't take any diazepam at all i flew without nothing and i was fine and when i was out in turkey i was fine and i even walked to the shops on my own etc out there something i had been really struggling to do back home, i was struggling to go anywhere alone back home and i got back home yesterday morning and yesterday afternoon i went to the shops on my own here aswell and felt fine a little shakey but i did it :) :)
