CBT COURSES I COULD DO FROM HOME? AT HOME? ONLINE CBT? My friend is on a 1 year waiting list to see somebody, I'd rather just get stuck in now.

http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/

I was referred to this by my GP whilst waiting for CBT on NHS. Good site.

I was given the following sites from a mental health clinic.

Centre for Clinical Interventions http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Self-Help Resources
http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/

They are both CBT based.

Hi MidnightCalm :)

I've just started doing the livinglifetothefull online course that Mumble has mentioned. It looks like it's going to be really helpful and it's giving me something positive to focus on.

Hi Midnightcalm,

You could try www.nopanic.org.uk (http://www.nopanic.org.uk) , they do telephone based therapy, I think its £12 annual membership and the waiting time is about a month. Have a look. Good luck
