Forgot to mention that my anxiety is mainly caused by PTSD. Bad experiences when growing up. Also it runs in the family

I'm in Surrey. My sons school counsellor thinks me and him both have PTSD to some degree due to things that we've been through-I've written my background on my intro thread x
