Whenever I feel angry and frustrated I put FREE ME by Roger Daltrey on and shout along to it. I can relate to the words of frustration in the song and also the frustration in his voice. The song is from the film McVicar and he is singing about being released from jail but isn't that how we all feel at times? like we are trapped in an emotional prison?. I do it with other songs aswell I find it quite helpful. 5 minutes on your own just to act abit crazy and release some tension. Try it

I love that song and I love most songs by The Who including Substitute and Won't Get Fooled Again. Singing along to the radio is certainly a good way to release some anxiety and cheer you up. Im glad it helps x
