Butterflies/Shocks in my chest

I'm sure most of us get butterflies in our tummy.

But I'm getting them in my chest, and feels like my heart skips.
I'm sure its from nerves. But its abit worrying, I feel like it could be the start of a heart attack or something.

I also seem to get it most of the time at night when in bed. I just go off to sleep and the body jumps, very annoying, I have to take sleeping pills to get off. Its the same shock you get when your walking and your foot drops down a hole you didnt see or a step.

Anyone else get that feeling?

Yes I get this, have had it many times for many years. I also get some strange other things, so doc sent me to neurologist. I had a scan and he said everything was okay. I forgot what he said it was but he did say it was quite normal.

It is unpleasant at the time you get it but it's not harmful, try not to worry (easier said than done).
