3rd day on fluoxetine-when will side effects wear off?

i have just started taking fluoxetine (prozac) and so far so good, i havent had loads of really bad side effects like i had on citalapram but my anxiety has increased, my throat is so sore and i woke up with a massive head ache this morning, i know they say the side effects are short lived but has anyone else had any personal experience woith these anti d's and did they help? and how long before the side effects wore off?

i was fine on prozac from day one but citalopram and lustral - i felt 100 times worse if that was possible!) for at least 2 weeks before i started to feel the benefit x

citalopram really disagreed with me too, i was near on suicidal and that was after one tablet! it was like being in hell! i spent 24 hours in bed! yet i took it years ago and just felt chilled out, i think it must depend on what your brain and hormones are doing at the time. i have 2 friends who have been prescribed citalopram for mild depression and stress but not anxiety or panic attacks and they both have had no side effects and just feel more chilled out? strange?
