different kind of breathless

last few days ive been getting breathless sort of from my stomach,not like a hyperventilation thing,been quite calm too.my stomach feels quiet hard when i press on it,any ideas anyone??? does anyone else get this??

what to do mean from your tummy?? sorry I don't fully understand, maybe that's why no one replied yet.
do you mean just breathless in general because that could be caused by something simple like heart palpitations, I get those a lot.

hiya i get this to had it for nearly 2months,doctor said its wind/acid/anxiety..its very scary tho.if u look thru my posts u wil find iv wrote a few about it x x
