feeling insecure

Yesterday I had a good day, felt like my old self looking forward to the future, feeling happy about life again

But today I am feeling insecure, about everything, it feels like the mountain that I am climbing is getting higher,

Hi leanne,

Ive been having good days and bad days which make you feel worse again, we just have to get through it as best we can. Not everyday will be good but hopefully if we stay positive we'll start to have more good days than bad :D but I totally understand how you feel and it doesnt seem to get any easier does it? That mountain is still there, one day we will conquer it!
