I seem to be stuck in my house and extremely lethargic..... For a long time i self medicated with alcohol to the point it became a problem (ive not had a drink in 2 weeks), now i havent got the guts to go out on my own until it becomes a necessity.... once i'm out its ok.... i just seem to have no energy, i think the mirtazapine i'm on is helping control my anxiety.... If anyone has any advice on what i can do to get out of this rut it'd be appreciated....
