Hi, I'm Julie, I've just found this site and am hoping it will be useful for talking about my anxiety problems. I can't talk to my family about it, so I would only be able to get on here every now and then to have the privacy to chat. I have panic attacks and what I have been told is GAD, I have also had depression and self harm issues. I think I may have had/have OCD, tho I'm not sure, but I do have an obsession with safety and checking things which makes me panic if I don't get a certiain sequence of checking things right before I leave my room or the house.

Hopefully I'll be able to give some help back too.
