week 4...headaches

so i'm onto day 23 of citalopram, and this week, I've been getting the most awful headaches...has anyone else found this?
I've still been really tired all the time but trying not to nap, so far so good but am still yawning alllllll the time!
Back to the doctors tomorrow for a review of the first month... :/ slightly nervous.

Hi Justagirl ...Headaches are common when you start on Cit .You may also find you get them when you increase your dose .They do pass and you wont get them forever .Just take paracetamol and drink plenty of water .The tiredness eases off too ,but changing the time you take it ,can help.. Im sure you will be just fine .All the best and well done for sticking with them ,it can be a very difficult time ,but worth it in the long term . Sue :hugs:
