clammy and warm.

Does anyone constantly feel clammy and warm? I dont mean the normal hot with the weather i mean the clammy feeling like when your ill or an infection. I have felt like this for weeks.Also i keep getting shooting pains in my spleen area and under my ear and it seems when i have these shooting pains i dont feel well.

yes i experience this often, sweaty palms is a major 1 for me!! i also experience random aches and pains also some days worse than others- all part of stress and anxiety ive been told :(
