I am another newbie!!!

I am another newbie that just found this site!! I have sufferered from anxiety and panic attacks for over 3 years and had a spell of agrophobia (which triggered the whole thing) for 6 months!!! I am 19 and from wales and look forward to chatting to other people like me!!
