I am new to this site and have been suffering from the following symptoms and wonder if anyone has any advice. i have been suffering from irregular bleeding, no periods for months, then very heavy at times. rtecently had the Mirena coil fitted and this has helped the problem. Now have night sweats and awful mood swings, anxiety and depression and crashing fatigue. Have been told I am deficient in iron but despite 2 months of iron this has not helped. Had hormone tests which show I am in the perimenopause but doctors seem reluctant to help ? can anyone let me know if they have any advice please as I feel like I am going mad and my life does not hold the pleasures that it used to :hugs:
