A Question ?

Since all my anxiety started after mum passed away my IBS has started big time,i was wondering how long your pain lasts with your IBS mine is in my left side and can last a week then just go away :unsure:also what do you take to help with it?

Hi Haz, sorry about your mum. I've had IBS for years and take Colofac (mebeverine) and Fybogel. Both definitely help :hugs:

I get IBS sporadically - I can go for months without an attack and then have it for 2-3 weeks at a time. I've had Colofac in the past and have found it to work pretty well, and you can also buy Buscopan over the counter in the UK.
