For all those who get chronic headaches

I've just found a fantastic article/book on the internet about chronic tension headaches. This guy used to get them for 12 years, virtually every day. Anyway, I found a lot in common with what he's been suffering and the symptoms. It's all to do with muscles!

I couldnt belive it when i read this - This is me to a T.

During high school i started getting bad headaches, so alwasy took 2 extra strngth headach tablets in the morning, and now and for the past 7/8 years, i have a headache each morining, I am weening myself off the talets (only take half ecah morning) but will read through the artical prperly later today.

Fascinating read although I didnt read every word!

I am writing this with a splitting headache and yes I would agree that it is due to the muscles tightening and also I hold tension in my jaw and tend to click it back and forward only causing more pain!!
