pins and needles in right fingers

i have a constant tingling in my right hand fingers today,had a a few good days but starting to worry about it now,im breathing normally.anyone any ideas?

I get similar with poor circulation.

i had this for a few weeks very badly, to the point of going numb after my baby was born. i worried like hell about it but it went off gradually after a few weeks.
