Hot weather makiing me sick -anyone else?

Is anyone else out there having problems dealing with the heat and humidity? I dread the hot weather, especially in London where the heat and humidity make me really anxious.

I keep out of the sun as much as possible as I don't even like the feeling of heat on my skin, make sure I drink plenty of fluids and generally use my common sense to avoid the worst of it, but just lately it is making me feel nauseous, giving me sinus and tension headaches and I find I have no appetite. Not to mention the panicky sensations I get once the weather heats up.

Anyone else experiencing similar?
