Neck twitch

hi.

jus now i had a twich and a weird sensation in one part of my neck on the underside of the right of my chin, it just a little lower actually

i still got the sensation as i am typing it in and i am really worried

Hi Dev

It is really really common to get muscle spasms/twitches if you are prone to being anxious - you will find lots of people on this site have had this problem.

I hope yours settles down soon - have a look round at the site you will see lots of posts relating to this (in particular the throat).

I have it in the same place. I get it from clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth. It's right under my jaw bone and under my chin. The muscles are super tight, tense and sore. It causes them to twitch from time to time. I also am getting bad headaches in my temple region and back of neck. You probably clench and do not realize it!

I also get twitches all over my legs along with pins and needles. Really sucks!
