newbie needs advice

hi i am a 43 year old mother who has just started getting panic attacks i have on average 4 a day, they are making my life hell, they have been getting so bad that they have brought on a asthma attack i tried the elstic band trick but it did not work please help:huh::huh:

Sorry to hear you are experiencing panic attacks...I suffer with anxiety and depression and know that feels awful too.....I have also bordered on panic attacks and can be quite terrifying as I know people that suffer from them.
