the pain in my back can be really bad sometimes and sometimes nothing at all,its sims tobe when my ha is high and sometimes i feel nacked with it as well. my ibs as gone which i had for 31/2 yrs,i have had back pain for 5 and1/2 yrs now,its when my ha first started, sometimes i am on top the world for a few days or weeks and then down again, i am self checking my body all the time ,this morning i got at 6,45am to have pee nothing at all , now my i am up, thinking about things my back is playing up ,is there anything i can take to relax i don't sleep very well lately, i just think its all to much nervus ha and to much time on my hands ,all the best steve:yesyes:
