Foot pain

This probably has nothing to do with anxiety so maybe I shouldn't be posting, but I'm having terrible pain in the front half of my feet/toes at the mo and it's kinda bothering me. It often starts when I go to bed but it's been constant today.

It could be linked to my lower back pain, I suppose, but I'm just wondering if anyone's had something similar, particularly if they have fibromylagia or hypothyroidism (yes, I have been googling :blush:)
