Hi folks,

I'm a 32 year old female from the UK who is probably gonna need help and support from like minded people over the forthcoming months.

I think I'm suffering with work-related anxiety which I'll go into more detail about on one of the other forums, but just wanted to say hi and hope we can get to know one another a bit better.
