light sensetivity

I am sometimes sensitive to light, but also sharp sounds which have sent me momentarily lightheaded.

Im really sensitive to bright white lights, especially on the TV if Ive got the lights off. And the sun, I really cant be outside if the sun is super bright.
Im also more sensitive to noise now. I find that my ears flinch if someone talks too loud. Anyone else get that?

i went out yesterday and it was bright sunshine and i basically had to hold my hands in front of my face? unless im becoming a vampire.

We should all go audition for the next twilight film. Dave im the same, if its too bright all I can do is screw my eyes shut as tight as I can and then get back inside.

I have this and find I'm having to wear sunglasses out - even if the sun's not out! Have also noticed the sensitivity to noise.
