Hip pain - fibro?

I have had joint pains for about six months - have been told i may have fibromyalgia -but no official diagnosis.
Joints have been pretty good for last few weeks , but for the last couple of days i have had really stiff and painful hips in the morning , im always abit stiff in the mornings but this is alot worse.
Im scared im going to have another flare.
Ive been trying to avoid too much stress and get lots of sleep, but i was very stressed with work last week.
Not sure if i should ask gp for xray of hips.
Also got a sore mole and am going to ask gp to have it removed.
Also having a rountine mamogram on Monday.
HA seems to have come back abit at the moment!!

As a suffer of Fibro, it sounds to me likely because of the morning stiffness. The pain can lessen or sometimes get worse too. Sorry you have been stressed, it never helps. I know how HA is with Fibro and I can only offer you a gentle hug and tell you I feel for you. There is a good forum on a site called Healing Well for Fibromyalgia. Thank you , the stiffness does get better as the day goes on.
Not sure if its worth pushing for a definite diagnosis. x

It might be worth your while seeing a Chiropractor. They can help with this kind of problem.
