hi guys

call me mad but i honestly do not care if i have cancer now i would rather have that than health anxiety any day so from now on im going to face my fears live my life and thats it.

If that is the only way i am ever going to recover that is what i will do!

Good for you...I know where you're coming from. The fear of something happening can exhaust us. Ive been waiting for my heart attack for around 20 years now...just think how much energy that fear used up could have gone into other things...like living my life?
