Hi all - I used to be on the site a lot a few years ago but got pretty down and away from things. Anyway I'm back.

I'm still suffering with health anxiety and depression. Mostly still relating to the believe that i have CJD, any slight nerve twinge sends me downhill for weeks like I am now.
