Benign fasciculation without twitch?

Been getting very stressed over the past week since getting ill and I almost always get Benign fasciculations when this happens. I have a few on my eyelids as normal but also seem to have a similar feeling on one on the side of my mouth yet I can't see the twitch - could it be that it is happening and I just can't see it? as usual I think CJD aggggrrrrrr

Hi byron, sorry to hear that - it can get annoying. I have these weird fasciculations as well at different parts of my body. I also recently had fasciulations in my throat which I think is bizarre. Does anyone else get them in your throat? Makes me feel like I'm vibrating and freaks me out :(

I am having them constantly in both my calf muscles, for the past week. Don't get them anywhere else. Convinced I have ALS... This one is really freaking me out as normally with symptoms they go away, or I can actively do something to stop them, but not this one.
