I was reading this:- http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/ask_the_doctor/bloodsugar.shtml

Can anxiety affect blood sugar levels? i am the kind of person that likes loads of sugar, i have 3 in my tea, coffee, cappuccino etc and alot on my breakfast.

I noticed on this site that if your blood sugar levels are not right then it can cause edgyness, tiredness, irritibility, feeling nervous etc.

Yes, blood sugar can affect your anxiety. I know that if mine is rather low, I tend to feel jittery and panicky.
