Hello,
Thought I'd join this website to see if there are others out there who may want to share their experiences, thoughts and feelings about living with anxiety, panic disorder and agoraphobia, which is what I have. I have been through therapy, read many books on the subject and take xanax for management which really works when all else fails. Prefer to keep this first post short, so anyone who wishes to write, thank you and I'll gladly write back.
