head spook

ok jus a littlw while ago around 30 mins ago, i had what i think to be a painful muscle spasm on one part on the right of my head.

now i feel a warm sensation there and my ear feels warm on the right

i am really scared as as i am now fearing the worst

I get head zaps a lot and then they go again.

If it is still there tomorrow then post but I bet it won't be

The head Zaps are very common with anxiety,
as for the ear going warm you will find that even people who don't suffer anxiety get this to.

I know its hard but try not to worry, anxiety has many many symptoms and this is one of them.

Head zaps are very common - when you first get one it can be scary but it won't harm you.
