just to let you guys know what the doc said yesterday i told him that i thought i had cancer and face going numb he said was classic health anxiety he is going to put me in therapy and gave me diazepan have not taken them yet as im bit worried my not be able to care for kids properly they are 2mg and im sure they would be ok,but just going to see the doc has taken the edge off but in the back of my mind keep having thoughts of all kinds.x

Good to hear that your GP thinks your issues are down to anxiety rather than anything else. 2 mg of diazepam is a small dose, so you should be fine. You could always try breaking one in half and trying that first.
